Executive Admin Fleet - Warid Telecom - Karachi Business Graduate, Preferably Masters in Business Administration. 1 - 2 years of Admin Fleet related experience. Assist in implementation, monitoring and controlling fleet management action plan in consultation with Line Manager by ensuring compliance of defined policies and procedures to meet the departmental & divisional objectives in assigned domain/location. Job Responsibilities: Manage day -to-day operations of pool vehicles related issues to ensure that transportation needs are met efficiently, economically and reliably in assigned domain/location. Ensure periodic and proactive maintenance of company vehicles fleet in assigned domain/location by providing best cost effective recommendations. Ensure monitoring and supervision of vehical maintenance through vendors as per satisfactory standards along with verification and processing of related invoices/payments in assigned domain/location. Scheduling of duties and assignements of drivers for company vehicles in assigned domain. Assist in managing registration, annual token tax, rout permits, rental car payments and related expenses due to vehicles movement for vehicles in assigned domain/location. Arrange rental cars for official purpose nationwide as per defined SOP’s as and when required is assigned domain/location. Liaise with functional or operational managers to ensure that fleet related activities are appropriate and sufficient as per their requirements being internal customers as per defined SOPs in assigned domain/location. Ensure that all related documentation is complete as per defined SOP and records properly maintained for audit purpose. PSO Fleet & Corporate cards issuance & prepare fuel consumption report on weekly and monthly basis. Assist in all ongoing projects, special reporting and online data entries of internal systems.
