Experience in the following is a must -Diary/Email Management for 3 Directors -Internal Meetings/Minutes -Travel Management -Executive Reports -Tenders/Proposals and Bids -Marketing Events -Expenses/Timesheets -Daily collection & distribution of mail -Entering of business cards -Creating and formatting of letters, agendas, minutes, proposals as required -Assistance with IT related issues -Printing & binding -Delivering & collecting documents and other -Taking phone calls -Maintaining the PA contact list (for external & internal) -Ordering business cards & other adhoc stationery -Maintaining stationery supplies in print room -Providing assistance to other staff members as required You must have the following skills and experience: -5+ years experience in a similar position Microsoft office suite – Word & Excel (toadvanced level), PowerPoint, (to advanced level) Access (basic/intermediate) -Excellent organisation skills with the ability to work under pressure -Discreet and able to maintain confidentiality atall times -Excellent time management and prioritising skills. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to liaise and consult with staff at all levels as wellas a range of external clients. -Proactive and highly motivated -Professional with strong attention to detail –takes responsibility for own tasks and work. -High level of problem solving and conceptual skills -Ability to engage with other areas of the business to understand systems and processes If this sounds like you and you are ready to be rewarded for your skills and experience....
