Candidate must have a solid track record of stability, dependability, a high level of responsibility. He/she will possess above-standard safety and sanitation practices. Outstanding customer service is invaluable, and teamwork is crucial. Candidate must be able to multi-task, be organized and thorough with a desire to grow and learn new skills. He/she must be able to stand 8 hours a day and safely lift 50 pounds. A valid driver’s license is required. Bi-weekly compensation will be paid hourly with potential to grow within the company. Benefits include vacation accrual, 401k, dental and medical insurance. The best candidate will live in the area, and understand the market, and be extremely outgoing and upbeat. Competências e experiências desejadas Qualified candidates must have: • At least 3 years management experience in a high-volume catering environment as well as culinary experience with fine dining setting with a broad knowledge of cooking techniques, international cuisines and fusion (preferred, but not required). • Working knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation. • An open schedule with flexibility in number of hours worked per week, based on catering volume. • ServSafe Certification • Understanding of F&B control systems, and have a full understanding of food cost, labor forecasting, local sanitation and health code laws • Strong leadership skills • Great team player • Excellent communication skills in fast paced environment • Bilingual in Spanish (preferred but not required) If you qualify and are interested, please email a formal resume.
