Ltd Name of the position: Executive QA Job description: • Completion and review of Annual Product Review (APR) as per schedule. • Review and close out of Market complaint. • Organize and coordinate the auditors and auditor for self inspection of site. • Compliance of internal audit as per SOP. • Responsible for audit readiness of internal, external customer and regulatory. • Responsible for customer audit coordination. • Assessment and Compliance to query which are related to customer. • Preparation and compliance of CAPA related to customer and regulatory audit. • Close out audit CAPA report. • Organize the CAPA meeting with all department heads on weekly basis. • Send the updated CAPA on weekly basis to department head. • Ensure the repeated observation to user and department head. • Sending dossier to customer on request or need basis. • Monitoring & Response to regulatory related queries. • Provide necessary documents to regulatory department on time Qualification: B.Pharm, M.Pharm Experience: 4 - 7 yrs.
