Executive Secretary Location: Dubai, UAE Job Profile: •Provide high level admin support to executive management including managing the executive office, timely and proper coordination of management communications, perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization. Main Tasks and Responsibilities •Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents •Manage and maintain executives schedules, appointments and travel arrangements •File and retrieve documents and reference materials •Arrange and coordinate meetings and events •Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings Desired Profile •Must have a 3-5 years experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Secretary for senior management level. •Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite (MS, Excel and Power Point) •Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures •Bachelors degree an advantage •Must possess an excellent written and communication skills •Must be reliable, responsible and highly organized •With multi-tasking ability and can work at best under pressure
