Listening is an expression of humility. Listening is a magnetic creative force. Friends who listen to us are the ones we move towards. Listening to other persons emotion is a strong attribute. Listening is the most valueable skills of leadership. The ear of the leader must ring the voices of the people. And the best way to understand people is to listen to them. We all need to understand and be understand.Effective listeners remembers that words have meaning. For words to have meaning it must come from the inside of us. This enables us to have deep understanding of pain and experiences. The right to be heard does not automatically include the right to be taken seriously. A generative listener.
