Exercise Tip: Tabata Training. A Japanese scientist Dr. Izumi Tabata found that speed skaters who performed 8 cycles of 20 second high-intensity work followed by 10 seconds of rest increased their anaerobic & aerobic capacity almost maximally. In other words, they built more power while also upping their endurance. Choose any exercise- 1-2 moves per body part is plenty- and do 8 cycles of 20 seconds of lifting wts or some type of cardio exercise & 10 seconds of rest.
