Exercise of the day is Cocoons The area these hit are the Abdominal`s (abs) This exercise is suited for all levels of ability and exercise level, from beginner to expert. I have tried to slow the reps down so you can see the technique and start/finish positions. Firstly, you begin by lying on your back on the floor. Your legs should be straight and your arms extended behind your head. This is your starting position. To perform the exercise, move the knees towards your chest, rotating your pelvis to lift your glutes (arse) from the floor. As you do that, flex the spine, bringing your arms back over your head to perform a simultaneous crunch motion. After a brief pause at the top of the motion, return to the starting position. I would suggest doing 4 sets of 15 reps, squeeze tight at the top position of the movement. Enjoy :)
