Here I am presenting tikhi vedhmi Recipe.... 2 cups of Moong Daal 1 /2 cup chopped onion Some phudina Coriander Green chilly paste Garam masala Salt Turmeric powder Method Wash daal 2 to 3 times Soak it for over night or for 3 to 4 hours. Keep water at the same level of daal. (Look at the pic) Take a pressure cooker, keep daal into it, add green chilly paste , salt and turmeric powder. Again water level should not cross to level of daal. Keep pressure cooker on stove and let it blow only 2 whistles Take off the cooker and open the lid... Keep it to cool Now add onion, phudina and coriander and garam masala. And mixture is ready. Now make a dough of wheat flour and put paratha mixture of daal in roti... Fold it and make a paratha. Roast it on tava. Its ready to serve with phudina chutney or coriander chutney or tomato ketchup.
