Exodus, the movie. The movie has many ingredients necessary for a successful Hollywood flick, yet fails to tick the most important ones. The depiction of vital scenes is average-not conforming to this ages technological advancement. The parting of the Red Sea is a joke and the scene of the burning bush is pitiful. Yahweh has been personified by a child-not a wise move. The scene of the Ten Commandments given to Moses is incredibly short and not as awe-inspiring as it shouldve been. The movie has deviated quite a lot from the Biblical narrative-sickening. Christian Bales prowess as an actor has grown, though he still sounds Batmanish. Ridley Scott could have stayed true to the course. That might have been a better tribute to his brother Tony Scott.
