Expedia your customer service must improve. Especially for elite members. I have been on hold for over 40 minutes waiting to speak with a Manager because the agent I was speaking with couldnt complete my booking. At no fault to me. This is the 3rd time in 7 days I have been on hold for a ridiculous amount of time. I love your service and have used it for years, but the customer service is terrible and makes me re-think my loyalty to your brand - Toby Black
