ExpediaAttention fellow travelers DO NOT ever make your travel arrangements through this company. After paying for our room which was 90 dollars, we drove three hours away from home to find out expedia did not fax our reservation to the hotel. We were placed in a more run down hotel which did not have the same amenities that we had paid for and when i called expedia to complain they told me they would give me a full refund which God only knows how long that would take and told us we were responsible for the hotel we were currently in creating an even bigger inconvinience for us. After being put on hold several times i expalined to the last woman that this was unacceptable and she was very rude by trying to talk over me and when i started to talk over her she hung up on me. The most absolute worst expierience ever provided by a travel agency ever. My advice to you my friends do not pay companies like this for something you can do yourself.
