Expensive electoral system & unaccountable beurocrates & politicians are the cause of corrupt system! Until & unless we change it the flow of Black money cant be stopped .we have to make voting compulsory for every citizen & non voting should be punishable . This is the duty of every citizen , at the same time it is the right Of citizen that beurocrates and politicians shall be made answerable to the common man! The promises made in the manifesto has to be full filed within a specific period & if it is not done, the penalty clause has to be levied on the concerned politician or the party concerned
