Position: Outdoor Salesman - Interviews at Cochin - 6th and 7th Sep 2013. Experience: Minimum 3 - 4 Years with preferably Middle East market experience in the similar position Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate Job Description: 1. Regularly survey market and prepares price comparison and competitors" activities 2. Demonstrates the ability to carry on a business conversation with dealers and / or decision makers. 3. Maximizes all opportunities in the process of closing a sale resulting in the taking of market share from larger competitors 4. Sells consultatively and makes recommendations to prospects and clients of the various solutions the company offers to their business issues. 5. Develops a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face to face cold calling on business owners, direct mail, email, and networking. 6. Assists in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed. 7. Prepares sales report as per the assigned category. 8. Maintaining good relationship with the dealers by: a. Providing assistance in solving problems like replacements, service complaints and sales return. b. Providing information on new and existing products as well as offering promotional scheme in consultation with Marketing Department. c. Visiting them on a regular basis and providing materials as per requirements d. Organizing documents / paper works for dealers order 9. Evaluating sales and credit worthiness of dealers on a regular basis and informing the concerned department. 10. Coordinates with affected department (e.g. Logistics, Accounts & Credit Control, etc) as necessary as possible with regards to deliveries, payment, etc. 11. Compliance to International Organization of Standardization, Company"s Code of Conduct, and Department"s Standard Operating Procedure.
