Duties: - Handle switch board and take messages - Receive clients and present a friendly, efficient and professional reception area for the company - Faxing and emails - Basic filing and administration work - General office duties Requirements: - Must have matric - Must be computer literate (MS Office Word, MS Office Excel , Emails & Internet) - Must have good phone manner & communication skills - Must be presentable & speak fluent English and Afrikaans - Minimum 2 years of experience as receptionist Salary negotiable depending on experience.
