Explain to me something... I run between 1-2 miles a day, I take in between 1,300-1,500 Calories per day as instructed. I have even gone back to the original diet that I started about 4 Months ago that had me drop 20lbs in 2 months, and yet for the past 3 weeks I cant drop the last 10-15 lbs.! I get im supposed to be patient, but ive been patient for 5 Months!! Im done being patient! I need to know how to drop this weight, and fast! Im stuck at 188.5 lbs (I started at 224.5lbs) Please tell me someone has an answer for me, AND NO I will Not be taking pills to help me lose the weight! I want to be under 20% body fat and between 175-170lbs by the end of the month! HELP ME PLEASE!!!
