Exploring for exotic food in Iloilo led us to the heart of central - TopicsExpress

Exploring for exotic food in Iloilo led us to the heart of central market instead of super (supermarket). We were initially lookin for talaba-oyster but we came across first with kamatsile which made us reminisce our childhood memories with this fruit, like putting the seeds in our eyes that made us stopped a bit and analyzed really the significance of such action, and realized nothing. Lol... (wendang lang). We discovered as well that there were these strange- lookin, delicious- smellin grills of pantat, pispis, itlog sang manok, native chicken inasal that made us salivate and forgot that were all girls in the crowd of men drinking after a days work. When in Rome, do what Romans do, so we looked for a table, ordered 3 for each kind and ate with gusto na kamayan lang. We flushed (chos tungga) it with 2 bottles of san mig light, a treat. Burf... now thats what we call real gourmet experience. Satisfaction guarantee. Tomorrow, its going to be pastries and delicacies. Goodbye diet for now. Aaargh...no regrets tho. ijog na lang ulet. Lol...
