Express Employment Professionals is seeking a molding operator for a great company in the New River Valley. Responsibilities include operating mold presses, handling fiberglass-infused plastic products, assembling products, preparing boxes to pack assembled parts, transporting finished boxes to pallets, and maintaining a clean working environment. Qualified candidates must be comfortable standing for a majority of the shift and feel comfortable lifting, pulling, and pushing up to 50lbs. repetitively. Basic hand tools will be used. Must be able to work with minimal supervision after orientation and training period. Must have good communication skills and understand English to navigate programs. This is a long-term opportunity! Work schedule will be Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays. Starting pay rate will be $9.00/hour with opportunity to earn more after the evaluation period.
