Exquisite Fitness ~ It must be time for a workout! OK this is a very challenging one but you can modify depending on your fitness level - It is a workout I posted for my beach body challengers and they all found it quite difficult! Times ranged between about 33 minutes and 50 minutes! Its called the 1000 workout and by the end, you will have done 100 of each of the listed 10 exercises. If you are a beginner, why not just try and get through one set? Even if you are intermediate or advanced, 5 sets will give you a great workout :) 10 exercises, 10 reps of each exercise, 10 sets - post time 10 x burpees 10 x sit-ups 10 x squat jumps 10 x leg lowers 10 x jump lunges 10 x up and downs 10 x bicycle 10 x push-ups 10 x froggys (crouch down, elbows inside knees and stay locked there, FLAT BACK, push butt down as low as you can and then push it up towards the sky) 10 x star jumps ENJOY and let me know how you went ;)
