Exquisite Fitness ~ Sorry I have been out of action for a few days girls and guys but I am back and I have a challenging workout for you to do! Give this a go and feel free to post your time and rounds to inspire others and give them a goal :) 50 star jumps (hands clap at top) 10 burpees (with push-up if possible) 30 bicycle 1 minute plank 50 star jumps 20 squat jumps 10 tuck jumps 20 push-ups 50 star jumps 50 high knees (total) 30 full sit-ups 30 jump lunges 50 star jumps 15 push-ups 50 running men 1 minute plank 10 commando push-ups (or walking plank) - do 5 on each side 50 star jumps 15 burpees with push-up 20 alternating back lunges 10 tricep push-ups REPEAT IF YOU CAN!!!
