Extension of Memorandum of Understanding between University of Kelaniya and RemediumOne Pvt Ltd for Conduct of Clinical Trials The formal Agreement of Collaboration for clinical research between the University of Kelaniya and RemediumOne Pvt Ltd was extended by a further five years effective from 27 October 2014. Prof Sunanda Madduma Bandara, Vice Chancellor, University of Kelaniya, and Mr Saliya Wickramasuriya, Director, RemediumOne Pvt Ltd signed and exchanged copies of the Agreement at a simple ceremony in the Vice Chancellor’s office in the presence of Prof Nilanthi de Silva, Dean, Faculty of Medicine, University of Kelaniya. This pioneering public-private partnership brings together clinical research expertise, corporate discipline and project management skills that are essential for the successful design and conduct of sophisticated clinical trial programmes. This synergy underpins our vision to make Sri Lanka a centre of excellence for clinical research in Asia.
