Extra-excited for todays Music & Politics Radio today from 3:30-5:30pm on radioregent. And speaking of musical perspective, there are few if any that I value more than Jason Wilson, 2x Juno nominee for Best Reggae Recording and one of the most visionary artists in Canada. Hell be on around 3:45 to talk about his Lion Rampant collaboration with legendary UK fiddleman David Swarbrick who some of you more ... life-experienced people will know from Fairport Convention. Lion is a an incredible piece of music that spans the Black Atlantic, from the 1700s to modern times through British traditional and folk, Jamaican mento and ska, and the one-drop roots reggae. Tune in for some deep musicality.
