Extras Casting Call: CASTING CALL: Upcoming Extras Needed for YOU CANT WIN Feature Film Extras are needed soon for the feature film YOU CANT WIN. The film begins shooting today and will continue for the next few weeks. The feature film is based on the popular 1920s book of the same name. It is directed by Robinson Devor, produced by Robert Scarf and Brett Cranford. The film stars Michael Pitt (BOARDWALK EMPIRE) and Will Patton (FALLING SKIES, 24). Pay is a guarantee of $65 for up to 8 hours. Payment will be made upon wrap each day. Travel allowance will not be paid. (Guthrie, OK is located approximately 30 miles north of Oklahoma City). UPCOMING EXTRAS BREAKDOWN: HEAVYSET MAN - Caucasian male, 40s-50s. Overweight. Creepy looking. Must be comfortable shirtless. He is seen in the brothel. This role plays Tuesday, 11/5. SCRAGGLY MAN - Caucasian male, 25-35. Very interesting face. Has had a rough life. Very worn and disheveled. Major featured role. Works 11/7 and 11/13. Possible upgrade in pay. HOBO - Males, 25-55. Skinny, down on his luck. Has seen much better days. Hard looking. Plays Wednesday, 11/6 ASIAN MEN - Males, 25-50. Films Thursday, 11/7. METH HEAD - Male, 25-45. Very rough looking. Has seen much better days. Perhaps scars, perhaps prematurely wrinkly, perhaps missing teeth. Films Thursday, 11/7. MEN & WOMEN - Caucasian males and females, middle class looking. Beards and mustaches are great for guys, but not mandatory. POLICEMAN - Caucasian, 30-40. Looks 1920s style cop. Around 62 tall and a 36x32 pants. Please provide sizes. Films Friday, 11/8. PRISONERS - Males, 20-75. Grizzled, skinny, scraggly. Think less of the modern-day stereotype prisoners and more of the emaciated, mistreated, malnourished prisoners of the turn-of-the-Century. The work on a chain gang until they can no longer stand. Films Monday, 11/11 or Tuesday, 11/12 WELL GROOMED MEN - Caucasian males, 35-60. Sophisticated, upper class. They are reading in a comfortable, well-appointed sitting room. Plays Wednesday, 11/13 MUSTACHED ASIAN MAN - Asian male, 25-45. Preferably a Fu Manchu mustache, or something very period-looking from the Pacific Northwest. Think a San Francisco laborer in 1910. Works Thursday, 11/14.
