Extremely disappointed with the service from wedding whispers. I will not be recommending you to anyone!!!! 4 days before my wedding my flowergirl dress, which was due 2 weeks earlier still had not arrived. Wedding whispers were no help and told me keep waiting it should arrive, and I had to plan a back up solution myself amongst everything else that close to a wedding. Yes it was the suppliers fault that it did not arrive, but you were less than accommodating and not willing to help whn you should have been bending over backwards. I had to ask for the floor stock dress (3 sizes too big for my flowergirl) and arrange alterations, then STILL BE CHARGED FULL PRICE FOR A FLOOR STOCK GOWN. Where do you know of that charges full price for floor stock that has been on a rack for months for everyone to try on?? I had to chase you every day to find out what was happening, and without me demanding the floor stock dress, which you originally told me I would have to pay for and pay for the alterations, you would have been happy for me to sit back and wait to see that it still hadnt arrived on the day of my wedding when it would be too late to do anything!! Your only offer was to give me a refund and not have anything to do with it. Where do you think could purchase a suitable and fitting dress 4 days before a wedding?!Very disgusted with the lack of support and flexibility for something that was far from my error. What a disgrace to charge me that amount and let me be the one to continually chase you. On the tuesday before my wedding I was told discussing a back up plan was not even necessary and I should just continue to wait. What would we have done if I listened to your solution and just wait for the dress that still has not arrived? You should be ashamed. For the stress and run around put on me I would have expected some sort of compensation and my deposit refunded, not the final payment demanded- the day before my wedding, until you would release the dress from your hands. Very disappointing indeed.
