FACT: JULY 28-12- AUGUST 27-12 July 28 2012 I overheard Caldwell county Detention Officer Sgt. Bailey talking to Officer Bolick about the FBI being at the jail. He states, “We need to get together on our facts if she’s goanna be talking to them. Officer Bolick States, “I don’t need to do anything; I know what I have done while she has been here. Officer Bolick then came to my cell and allowed me to take a shower in the bathroom near the booking desk. July 29 2012 I had a panic attack after overhearing Detention Officers stating that the sheriff’s department was attempting to have me involuntarily committed for evaluation. I began crying and demanding to call my son immediately. Detention Officer Perry came to my cell threw out my personals and Sgt. Bailey had me returned me to general population in cell 416 alone. I filled a grievance regarding this incident on August 01 2012 it was denied. I am still unclear as why they placed on mandatory lockdown on a suicide watch and then put me back into general population alone after suffering a panic attack. August 14 2012 I appeared in court for the harassing phone call charges of 12CR052185 and 12CR052441 the states witnesses Emma Slater and Jason Pennell did not appear. Attorney Mike Correll advised me, that it was in my best interest to plead guilty to one charge and ask one to be dismissed. He tells me that the states witnesses did not appear so the court would reset my case on the docket and they would hold me until the next court date, if I could not post bond. He further states that could be up to 60 days, as it appeared to him that my court dates were being set ahead as far as possible. I reluctantly agreed to enter a plea of guilty to the last harassing phone call charge 12CR052441 and released for time served 23 days. August 27 2012 I appeared in court on the First Degree Trespassing charges 12CR052238 and 12CR052308; In addition to testifying against Mr. _____ for property theft 12CR052413, The cases were continued until October 02 2012. A civil law suit12CVD1137 was filed against Mr____ threw The Law office of ________ before leaving court. After Court, I called Sheriff Jones to speak with him regarding the conduct of His Deputies and Staff. I reported numerous incidents involving his Deputies, Telecommunications Operators and Administrative staff, Sheriff Allan Jones states, “You have more than overwhelmed me, Mrs. Wright. I do not know what to say. He states, “Let me look into the allegations you have made Mrs. Wright and I will follow up with you after I have a chance to look into it. I never heard back from him or anyone in His Office. I also mailed a grievance letter to the Chief of Police in Granite Falls regarding his Police Officers responding out of their Jurisdiction to a County call, as well as one of his Deputies being present at my brother’s residence that night on July 20 of 2012. I never received a response.
