FAITH IS THERE FOR YOU Isaiah 43:2, “When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you shall not be burned, nor shall the flame scorch you.” Did you once feel close to God and now feel distant? Faith is there for you. Do you walk in the light of your testimony? Faith is there for you. Do you walk through fire, water and the valley of the shadow of death? Faith is there for you. When the goings are good and when the goings are hard, when there is food on the table and money in the pocket and when there is not, faith is there for you. Faith is to be practiced. If we say we have faith in God, we should not believe God only when we face extraordinary situations, impossible tasks or absolute perils but also through ordinary circumstances. Faith is found in the daily things of life around us. Simply put, faith is a heart that believes God through ordinary circumstances. Faith does not rest in itself; God is the place where faith rests. This is not faith in faith but faith in the finished work of Jesus Christ. Faith does not work by itself; faith works by love. No matter what circumstances you find yourself in, love is always there to act and set faith to work. Faith is the force by which we overcome sin and the world. When one steps out in this kind of faith, they would be standing on solid rock. If you tremble on the Rock of Ages, the Rock of Ages will not tremble under you. Step out in faith and you will discover that faith is there for you.
