FAMILY DISTURBANCE (DELAYED): 5800 Blk of Gark Rd. A named caller states that a named M smashed their own cell phone on the floor and locked the caller out of the house. Caller is outside for police, and other M is inside the house alone. Police arrived on scene, and requested another unit go to the 1400 Blk of Imlay City Rd. to find a relative that works there. They need to get a house key for the Gark Rd. address. Police found an open window, and went inside. Police discovered that the suspect was on the roof. Police were trying to talk him down. Not long after police states they had one in custody. M tried to kick out the window in the police car. Police coming to assist unit that has suspect to put leg restraints on him.There is officers waiting at LCJ for their arrival. M has been now restrained an being transported by a different police unit, with 2 officers following. Police states that he is now cooperative, but is still all tired up. Police states that M would have to be carried in due to the restraints. #Arcadia
