FAMILY PORTRAIT CONTEST CONTENT MECHANICS •This “Family Portrait” contest is open to all Brunei residents aged 18 years and above except employees of Fabrica and their immediate families. •The entry-bearer must be a follower of Fabrica Page and have shared the promo link to any of his/her friends. •Interested participants must share a photo showing their best family bonding moment in their living room. A brief photo description is a pre-requisite. Valid entries will be acknowledged and posted on the timeline for public view. •Each participant is only permitted to submit one entry. He/she must follow the instruction accordingly. •Successful entries shall receive an “entry notification email” as a proof of participation. •The most liked entry will win the online contest. •By participating in this contest you agree to abide by the terms and conditions stated. Fabrica may vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions, or withdraw, suspend or discontinue the contest at any time without any notice or liability to any person. •Early submission of entry entails bigger chances of winning. Submission of entry is until 25 July 2014. •The winning entry will be announced online on 28 July 2014. Unclaimed prize after the announced redemption period as advised shall be forfeited without any liability on the part of Fabrica to the winner. •Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions. •No exchange of contest prize for cash, credit or other goods by the winner is allowed. •In the event of a dispute, a winner’s entitlement to receive the prize is subject to the sole discretion and final determination of Fabrica. •Fabrica reserves the right to vary or substitute the prize at its sole discretion without prior notice. •Fabrica shall not be liable for any loss, injury, liabilities, expenses or damages howsoever incurred or sustained by the winner related to the use of the prize or the redemption process. •Any redemption requirement that is altered, copied, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way will be considered null and void and will not be eligible for any redemption. •The terms and conditions of the organizer apply. •The winner will be announced on July 28, 2014.
