FAMMs Greg Newburn reports on how far Florida has come and how much further they need to go when it comes to reforming mandatory minimum sentencing laws. Sentencing reform is good policy, but its also good politics. A recent Reason-Rupe poll found that 77 percent of Americans support eliminating mandatory minimums for nonviolent offenses.
