FAN QUESTION - Please give some helpful advice to our fan who asks: I have an almost 12 month old who wont eat food. She happily sucks on any food you put in front of her but she will not swallow anything but her milk! I started her on solids (ie pureed foods at 5months) and she used to gobble it up but after 2 months she would just spit it all out. So I decided to try baby led weaning and she loves to suck and chew food but still spits it out. She doesnt appear to even try swallowing, and she wont let me near her with a spoon. This has been going on for months now. The last 3 weeks she has been up every night hungry. And I have noticed a bit of a drop in her weight. My doctor says its nothing but it is worrying me. Have any mums had this problem? Or some advice?
