FAO Year 11: At the start of Year 10 your son/daughter was issued with the following maths books to use during their GCSE course: - AQA GCSE Mathematics Practice Book - AQA Mathematics Revision Guide (published by Letts and Lonsdale) On Friday 14th June, following the GCSE maths exam, these books will need to be handed in. Pupils are expected to return the books which were allocated to them (each book is numbered for this purpose). Books should be returned in good condition, especially the practice books, some of which were brand new when they were issued. It is important that these books are returned so that they can be issued to Year 10 pupils next year. If books are not returned then it is our normal practice to ask for payment towards the cost of replacing these books. There will also be a charge made for any practice books which are not returned in good condition. The cost of each book is £5. We would be grateful if you could remind your son/daughter that they need to bring these books with them on Friday so that they can hand them in, together with their locker key and any other outstanding books, after the maths exam. Arrangements have been made for collection of these items in the library.
