We usually deliver at an alocated time after 9am and pick up before 8pm after your hire has finished? for information about overnight hire, please check the queastion DO YOU CHARGE AN OVERNIGHT FEE? Do you charge an overnight fee? Yes, we charge an overnight fee of £20 after 8pm on the night time, we charge this as we dont collect any equipment after 8pm, we do reserve the right to cancel any overnight hire if we do not feel it is safe, also the venue must be a secure locked venue for us to allow an overnight hire. Does any of the bouncy castle equipment need to be powered by electricity? Yes, the blower is the device that keeps the bouncy castle inflated and needs a constant supply of electricity. On set up, we supply all necessary cables and rcd plugs and we will trace the cables in a safe position to a plug socket in your home when we set the bouncy castle up. My party is today or tomorrow can i still hire a castle? Yes! contact us to see if we have any bouncy castles available and we will do our very best to help you. Do you do indoor hires? Yes we do indoor hires, all we need to know is the location and the access, if you are worried about access, please contact us so we can arrange to come and inspect access to a particulat venue. Do you charge a cancellation fee? In most cases if its poor weather for example: raining all day non stop, we dont charge a cancellation fee aslong as you phone us before 8:30 am to let us know you want to cancel. If its showers all day we can hire you a castle with a rain cover to keep the inside of the castle mostly dry, this is at your discretion if you would like a castle with rain showers. How much notice is needed to hire a bouncy castle? Ideally as much notice as possible to avoid dissapointment! As you may understand in the spring and summer months we are quite busy due to the warm weather that we hopefully get. All we can say is when you are certain about hiring a bouncy castle, call us to discuss a date and location for the castle and we will see what we can do. What access is needed for the bouncy castle? When rolled up, the bouncy castle is roughly the size of a small wheelie bin, the castle is transported on a troley called a sack truck so normal size doorways/gates and alley ways to rear gardens. If you are worried about access, contact us so we can come and inspect access. Do we have to set up the bouncy castle ourselves? No, we set up the castle for safety so we can ensure all our equipment is left to you (the hirer) in the safest possibly position and for insurance purposes. All you habe to sort is the party guests and supervise the castle when the party commences. If a child gets injured, whose to blame and do you hold valid public liability insurance? We can not be held liable for any injury whilst the castle is in your care and not being supervised by us. At every hire we leave clear visible instructions on how to play safe on the bouncy castle and we also have safety mats infront of the bouncy castle for safe dismount. We hold a full 5million pound public liability insurance policy which you (the hirer) can claim from incase of any injury.
