FD Wheels finished the day off with some modified box squats. I refer to these as dead squats because of the fact it is like standing up with dead weight from the squat position. The reason I like these better is it allows the individual to maintain a better posture compared to box squats because when performing box squats people tend to sit with the weight and break posture (arcing of the back) or rock when they go to stand and break alignment.
