FEAR OF DEATH ...He himself likewise shared in the same, that through death He might destroy him who had the power of death, that is the devil and deliver them who through fear of death were all their life time subject to bondage(Heb 2:14-15). One of d major subjects believers dread to talk about is death. Death is penalty for sin, and its inevitable for all humans. D fear of death is worse than death itself. Satan always capitalises on that, subjecting humans to an unending fear of death. But for believer in Christ, death is not d end, its only an end to our sojourn here on earth and d beginning of our sojourn in heaven. Therefore, if u are born again, this understanding should set u free from the fear of death.Jesus has conquered death and its stings.He says, I am the ressurection and the life. He who believes in me, even though he dies, he shall live(John 11:25). Christains should not fear death cos after death, theres eternal life, where we will be forever and ever.
