FEEL FREE TO SHARE I will no longer be using Go Fund Me to raise money for anything! Below please find the script from my live chat with customer service at their partner WePay which occured IMMEDIATELY after I accidentally initiated a withdrawal to a bank account I no longer have access to. The guy changes his story, even telling me at one point after saying he can cancel the withdrawal that he cant and its impossible for me to have requested one since the accounts auto-withdraw all of the money anyway. He refuses to get me a supervisor, and tells me he cant fix it because the withdrawal was requested on the 18th. So their system is backdating withdrawals and then they wont cancel them. He tells me the money should be in the bank account then when I tell him its not, he changes his story and says the withdrawal just cleared their bank 15 minutes ago. I know FOR A FACT that when you look at a bank account online it DOES NOT show you times that transactions occurred. He was looking at the time I initiated a withdrawal in THEIR account information as at that point it had been approximately 15 minutes since I accidentally requested the withdrawal. I would highly recommend that my friends using this system find another one. I know they are out there and Im off to hunt one of them up myself because I will not deal with dishonest people.
