FEEL FREE TO TAG FRIENDS IN THIS 20 MINUTE CARDIO HOME WORKOUT. Ok,lets go 20 MINUTE WORKOUT Put in hard work and your done before you know it! 4 exercises back to back! Minimal rest in between exercises try not to rest at all..rest for 30-60 seconds once the set is over. Complete 5 sets!! If your just starting out cut the time and sets in half! we all start somewhere! START! 1) jumping jacks 30 seconds/30 seconds butterfly jacks! Total of 1 minute! 2) jump rope in place with high knees up to your waist! Make sure your rotating your wrist and lifting your knees up to your waist. 1 minute! 3) squat jumps with a heel touch. 1minute! 4) frog burpee.. Get your feet close to your hands,working your obliques/Abdominals as well. 1 minute. Music : Llyod banks - hands up
