RECIPE: Baked Adobo Potato Wedges Makes: 8 servings Prep Time: 5 minutes Cook Time: 30 minutes All you need: 4 medium potatoes 1 package (30 g) McCormick Adobo Seasoning Mix (Classic, Puti or Pula) 1 tbsp (15 mL) olive oil spray 1. Cut potatoes into wedges. 2. Place into bag, shake and toss with McCormick Adobo Seasoning Mix to coat evenly. 3. Spray baking pan with olive oil. 4. Place potatoes onto pan, spaced evenly to cook uniformly; bake for 30 minutes or until well browned, crusty edged, and tender. 5. Serve immediately.
