FEELING A LITTLE REFLECTIVE TODAY SO I THOUGHT I WOULD RE POST MY POEM AND KEEP THE HOPE ALIVE.....PLEASE PLEASE INDIA LET ME GIVE AMAR A FAMILY Well back to India to do my part Little did I know an amazing boy would steal my heart Two weeks of teaching with love and care A life living there was just not fair Born without ears My voice you would not hear I decided early on I could not leave you there With some people that just didn’t seem to care Very hard to say goodbye Adoption I knew I would have to apply Call after call with always bad news And there are people out there think this is the life I would chose Dreaming of the things together we could do From swimming and teaching you made me feel blue The jealousy I feel of fathers and sons in the street Having you to cuddle would make me complete Wanted to sponsor and get you some hearing My dream for you was disappearing With a problem in your brain and heart Just stole my other dreams for you apart Amar you will always be in my heart and mind Don’t think that I left you behind I will not stop searching of a way To make you my son one day
