FEELING SOME TYPE OF WAY- Went to get a much needed pedi/mani after a long day standing on my feet. I decided to patron ECO nails & Spa. I arrived as a walk, sat for about 15 mins, and was offered a bottle of water. I was the only woman of COLOR in the spa. There were other women sitting getting theirs pedicures per to me. How about I was the last to come and the first to be finished! .I soaked for 20 while the tech did someone elses nails, and it took him 15 minutes to clip, nip, and scrap my feet. I was treat to a 5 min. foot massage! It took the other tech five minutes to polish. The ladies were there longer but because there were being pampered. I will never spend another penny at the establishment! I do believe in giving generous tips, and I have had a nail business before. My tip was this: next time treat the next lady of color with better service.
