Not quite long i fell asleep in her bed i felt as if i was in paradise i have never slept in bed & beautiful room with an air- condition in life. I woke up the next day to See aunt yemi smiling at me, Folake go & take your bath you are going with me to shop today: what could be happening i folake go to aunt yemis supermarket? Aunt yemi was a very wealthy lady she alone occupied a duplex that was tastefully furnished she owned a shopping mall at ikeja that was stocked with goods she inherited all this from her mother who died on in a car crash at benin-ore road along with her younger brothers, been the only surviving child all this was willed to her including three cars at the age of 32 aunt yemi was still single she was a very beautiful lady with a fair & clean skin she has never been successful with the male folks her relationships alawys hit the rocks but most people believe it was due to her arrogant nature ( so i was been told) Folake she called me are you surprised? yes ma pls i want to go home now i need to go to the bakery on time i dont want my mum to be angry with me i told her. your mum knows you are Here infact she went out & ask me to look after you she said to me. i took my bath & dressed up she ask me to go to the dinning table to eat while she also dress up the food with fried egg & bread with a Cup of tea heavily filled with milk, i ate to my satisfaction i have Not eaten this Type of food for a very long time,the tea we use to drink at home was lipton with enough sugar. We went to her Shop & came back later in the evening i wanted to go to our house but she held my hand firmly dragged me to her house Not quite long one of our neghibour came & whisphered to her, aunt yemi came to where i was sitting & placed a hand on my shoulder folake God wil comfort dear your father died yesterday, aunt i dont understand Do you mean am Not going to See my daddy anymore i asked? These question bought tears to their eyes.
