~FGCF Meet & Greet ~ Sometimes you wanna go where everybody knows your name…and that place is First Generation CrossFit! Check in each day to meet one of our AwEsOmE Clients then greet them with a LIKE and some encouraging words :) Meet Stephanie W. ~ As you might guess from her pictures...Stephanie doesnt mess around! She is a total hard ass, no nonsense, tough chick who knows what she thinks and isnt afraid to tell you too. Her extreme nature shows through during each WOD and is reflected in the year long commitment shes made to FGCF. While her hard-to-crack exterior is no doubt a product of her military background, Stephanie has a soft side too. When you least expect it, Stephanie will blindside you with a very honest and vulnerable statement that gives you a glimpse into her kind heart. When she jokes around, her serious expression is quickly replaced by a playful smile that lets you know shes someone who likes to take a jab but means no harm. In addition to CrossFit, Stephanies on-again-off-again relationship with the Paleo lifestyle has earned her a winning spot in one of our Paleo Challenges and leaves her always fighting for continuous improvement. We are so grateful to Stephanie for her years of service in the the Air Force and for choosing to be a part of FGCF. We only hope to return her sacrifice by serving her equally well.
