FINAL MOMENTS +++ A volunteer writes: This handsome fellow was surrendered to our care along with his 4 housemates due to the NYCHA ban on larger breeds. Hes absolutely adorable in his dark brindle coat (think deep, rich, chocolate marble cake), and has a cute, expressive face. Likely housetrained, he went as soon as we were out the door. We spent some time in the park, King posing for photos like a pro and enjoying some reward treats. I sat on the park bench and had to help him up to sit beside me as his legs are too short! Too cute! He sat in my lap and we watched the people pass, content in each others company. Hes alert and interested in everything happening in front of him. Off leash in the backyard he had no interest in ball playing, simply content to explore the area and again sit on my lap giving little kisses. Hes an unassuming snuggler, waiting for an invitation before doing anything - so polite and well mannered! With a wink, a waddle and a wag of his tail we became besties! King is a likable little fellow who is looking for a new home. A meet and greet with a resident dog is recommended. Meet our tiny quarterback today!
