FINAL PREPARATIONS FOR LAUNCH: Now for those of you bold and adventurous the 1st day is the toughest and if you want to cover the most ground possible I would recommend drinking a TON of water at zero hour (urine should be clear) before bed tonight with about a tablespoon of baking soda. This will super alkalinize and flush your system then when you awake try to go at least 24 hours or more no food or water (including the time you slept). This will rapidly recallibrate the dopamine/serotonin in your brain. YES ITS GOING TO BE CHALLENGING. Sleep as much as you can. Rest. Read or listen to an audiobook; I can recommend some good ones. Watch comedies. Keep it light hearted. You are gonna be depressed, anxious, restless, irritable, craving, lonely EXPECT IT. Its all a trick of the mind; nothing more nothing less. THINK YOU CAN AND YOU CAN.
