FIND PROJECT SUMMARY DETAIL The FIND a Child Project is in its winding down stage having reached its 6th and final week for the exercise. Our found children are just days away from being confirmed by the great title “ROCHITES”. Looking at the faces of the eager and determined parents, you can tell how important the Rochas Foundation Scholarship is to them. These parents struggle five times a week to bring these children to the college for the in-class grooming exercise. For us, we are grateful to God Almighty with our achievements so far as we can gladly beat our chest to state that we have less privileged children fighting for Scholarship slots. The Rochas Foundation will forever remain committed to giving to the less privileged because we often ask: how can we expect children to know and experience the joy of giving unless we teach them that the greater pleasure in life lies in the art of giving rather than receiving. For our prospective JSS 1s, this remains a good lesson to be learnt. While reviewing documents from the five (5) Colleges, we discovered that one of our “beat-the-chest factor” is found in the number of talents amongst these children. We have already recorded a host of sad, frightened and inferiority-complex-driven children with traces of high innate intelligence. Amongst others are bullies that can be tamed, liars, and punctured egos but with prospects of future changes for the better. We have also discovered children with stealing habits that can be transformed to honesty with the fear of God. Wao! I tell you; from a merry making heart, we are happy with our discoveries. Our team of staff have taught and imparted knowledge; they are happy. In their passion-driven show of philanthropy, you will yet see more satisfaction, dedication and determination to do more. Small wonder it is said that the more we share, the more we have. Come Saturday the 27th of July, 2013, these blessed children will conclude their test processes with the Rochas Foundation Scholarship Examination. Our elimination factors will be fully implemented. Come! Bring your cameras! Run videos to see our well organized procedures because we are as transparent as can be. You will also have the chance to be interviewed by our team of experts on ground. Tell us your views about what we have been doing. Also stretch out your hand of fellowship in partnership or sponsorship of one or more children gaining admission. We make a living by what we do, but we make a life by what we give. How wonderful it is that nobody need wait a single moment before starting to improve the world. In saving the world is joy for us as we touch humanity. We will graciously and willingly do more for the less privileged child because at Rochas Foundation, every child counts!
