FIRST WEEKEND OF OCTOBER: A WET START...BUT 3/4 OF IT WILL BE - TopicsExpress

FIRST WEEKEND OF OCTOBER: A WET START...BUT 3/4 OF IT WILL BE DRY So dont let some clouds and a few showers early Saturday morning get you down. Most of the weekend looks rain-free, with skies becoming partly sunny by Saturday afternoon across South Jersey, and lots of sunshine throughout the day Sunday. While the second half of the weekend looks bright, it also likes quite cool and crisp. Lows dip well into the 40s(away from the shore) Saturday and Sunday nights...and highs on Sunday wont do much better than 60 degrees. Fallish feeling indeed:) SATURDAY SPECIFICS: Cloudy with morning showers ending from west to east, then becoming partly sunny by afternoon with gradual drying and clearing. Highs around 70-75, though temps may fall late in the day as cooler air arrives. South winds shift to the west and blow briskly throughout the day at 15-20mph. SUNDAY SPECIFICS: Mostly sunny, a very cool start, and a crisp and bright finish. Sunrise temps in the low 40s in the Pinelands, upper 40s along the shore, will climb into the low 60s for everyone by afternoon. Brisk west then southwest winds around 15mph will add an extra crispness to the early October air:) Have a great weekend South Jersey! Im working thoughout it, both Saturday and Sunday, so Ill see you back here and on NBC40 for forecast updates:)
