FIT-TIP of the day: If you are eating a very low-fat diet, STOP!!!!! This is such a MYTH in the nutrition field and devastating to your overall health and blood-work. You should be eating a higher % of calories of (healthy) fat in your diet consisting of mostly omega-3 fats which help reduce inflammation in our body. Opt for a diet rich in avocados, almonds and walnuts, flaxseed and chia seed, fatty fish, fish oils-DHA, coconut oil, olive oil and grass-fed butter to name a few. MichaelStull
