*FLASHBACK DRABBLE POST* Ethan’s body fell from the heavens and laid sprawled across the sidewalk, beaten and bloody. There was a screech from amongst the crowd. Out of the crowd burst a blonde girl with icy blue eyes, tears streaming down her face. She crouched beside Ethan, her fingers feathering across his temple. She leaned down, pressing her forehead against Ethans as she begged the gods to bring him back. Everything is quiet and the only thing that can be heard is the blonde girls sobbing. Finally another boy emerges from the crowd and wraps his arm around her, trying to pull her away while whispering to her.”Come on Hol, now stop all that nonsenses about the gods…” “Get off me! GET OFF!” The girl screamed pushing him away. Her eyes darted to him with a mix of anger and sadness. “This is all your fault! You should have been the one who went with Kronos! Your the one who volunteered Ethan! You should have been the one tossed from Olympus by…” Her voice softened and trailed off at the end. The boy stood shocked, obviously never hearing this out of her before but then he spoke. “Percy Jackson. He did this to Ethan not me.” The boy cooed, everyone watched as the blonde girls head fell. Her stringy hair falling in front of her face, casting shadows to hide her expression. “He will pay…” Her hands formed into fists but she didn’t move. “I swear to gods Percy Jackson will pay for this if it’s the last thing I do.” The girl said coldly, ice spreading all around her. The boy smirked moving a bit closer and he kneeled down in front to the girl, pushing the hair out of her face. He leaned in and kissed her forehead, “Yes he will.”
