FLAT STOMACH asap?! Well one thing for sure is that it cant happen overnight! ;P So what I do to get a flat stomach in less than ONE WEEK is by following these flat stomach rules! Im def not a pro at this but I have been doing these tricks to get a flat stomach for an event coming soon or if I want to make sure I rock that crop top! 1. DIET! Yes... I used the D word. This means food that are processed, artificial (noodles/canned food), bread, and no rice! 2. I replace my meals with - RAW veggies such as carrots, baby cucumbers and dip them in hummus - Eggs - Fish only no other meat - Yams/ sweet potatoes - 12-16 ounces of water in a day only no more (too much water can just add water weight onto your body) - NUTS! You can do the trail mixes, almonds, cashews
