It helps fight diseases such as: - reducing the risk of multiple sclerosis (according to a 2006 study published in the Journal of the American Medical Association) - decreases your chance of developing a heart disease (according to a 2008 findings published in Circulation) - helping reduce your likelihood of developing the flu (according to a 2010 research published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition) It doesn’t take much to reap the benefits of this “sunshine vitamin”.
