The Role: Clearleap seeks a technical, organized and process-oriented Proposal Coordinator for its Atlanta, GA office to facilitate the delivery of high quality proposals to Clearleap’s potential customers. Based out of the Product group, the Proposal Coordinator will be the bridge between Product and Sales and will be responsible for the process of empowering Sales with a range of support endeavors critical to the timely delivery of RFI’s (requests for information), RFP’s (requests for proposal) and other proposals conveying the value of solutions as provided by Clearleap. RESPONSIBILITIES : Maintain, update, create and support the creation of Clearleap’s boiler-plate content Engage in the preparation of proposals from the initial review of the RFP to the submittal of the finalized proposal by utilizing proposal outlines, process check-points and schedules. May write some sections of the proposal, sometimes of technical nature. Coordinate the contributions of Product and other “external to Sales” input to develop high quality, compliant, responsive and competitive proposals. Ensure latest Product positioning is embedded into proposals and responses. Constantly communicate with internal stakeholders to establish/modify proposal response requirements. Manages the entire production process for major proposal efforts. Maintain proper account of completed, in-process and incoming proposal for summary presentation (to include items such as customer name, product or solutions proposed/needed, price, special requirements, etc.). Effectively work with Product, Sales and sometime Engineering an Operations (technical staff) to support efficient proposal completion. Assist with client and market research projects. Ensure the consistent implementation and representation of Clearleap’s corporate brand standards both internally and externally in regards to our customer response needs. REQUIREMENTS : - Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, English or related field required - Advanced technical/software knowledge (industry specific preferred) and in regards to understanding and then communication Clearleap’s capabilities in various responses to customers. - 3 to 5 years of marketing experience in a professional services or software development environment preferably within the Internet, Media or Telecommunications industry - Excellent computer skills, including MS Office (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher). - Demonstrated knowledge of proposal development and production, specifically with translating detailed technical information to improve clarity. - Proficient in the creating of custom graphics (i.e. maps, graphs, custom images and charts) for proposals. - Demonstrated ability to take initiative and seeks ways to add value to the overall proposal process. - Experience working in Sales or Customer Relationship Management databases (i.e. SalesForce). Ability to cultivate internal relationships and work with multiple people in a collaborative manner. Successfully juggle multiple, competing, and deadline-driven tasks. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
